How much room do you need for a golf simulator?

Most home sims fail on ceiling height, not floor space. Swing your driver indoors before you buy anything: you want at least 9 ft, ideally 10.

Depth

Camera units placed beside the ball (SkyTrak+, Bushnell Launch Pro) need only ~10 ft total depth. Radar units behind the golfer need 15–18 ft.

Width

12 ft wide works for right-handers alone; 14–16 ft lets left- and right-handers share the bay safely.
