Who runs this site

Golf Monitor Guide is run by a small team of golfers who have built and rebuilt their own home simulators. We are independent: no manufacturer owns, funds or reviews our content before it's published.

How we score

• Accuracy (40%) — ball speed, launch, spin and carry compared against a reference unit.
• Simulator fit (25%) — room depth, software compatibility, latency.
• Value (20%) — total 3-year cost including subscriptions.
• Usability (15%) — setup, app quality, portability.

Research sources

Where we haven't hands-on tested a unit, we say so and base our assessment on manufacturer specs, independent test data and owner reports.
